Train outside of bedroom, very noisy, very outdated, nobody around so customer service is pretty much nil. TV, is done for, it has terrible picture, orange on the faces and when it has a darker movie you can pretty much forget about watching at all. If you have more than one person who wants to bath you better hope the second person likes cold water, it would have been nice for the company to be forthright and let their customers know that there is a train track feet away from their room as we barely got sleep due to noise and the shaking of my bed when the train went by. Also if you wanted a view in which I thought I was going to get by the pictures on line you should know that it is only from your bedroom, the livingroom is like a cave and not very inviting.

The idea of having a 2bdrm apt for a short trip to Canmore interested me, however, these chalets are old and seem pretty run down. Example: shower barely gets hot and has poor water pressure, heating system is inconsistent and LOUD, you could barely watch tv because of this, then there the train, right outside your bedroom, that rumbles the entire chalet. The pull out couch was pretty much expired, time to toss it guys! The beds and sheets however were nice with a view of mountains, train was behind that fence outside the window Do yourself a favour and stay near the town square, for a quieter and more walkable getaway If this place was without all the vents/fans and train noises it would be ok, however in dire need of upgrades. the white noise (constant racket) was kinda unbearable to be around when you want to relax :(

Good location and very affordable. Unit is dated and have some issues. We stayed at the lower level unit, you can hear every movement from the upstairs one. Bathroom sink was plugged, dining table is very tall and chairs are low so it’s a weird setup. There is no one on site so you can’t get an extra blanket or towels, they say it’s due to Covid but other hotels don’t have issues like that. The place need some love and guests need to feel welcomed and comfortable. If you look for an affordable place it might be a good fit as long as you don’t expect too much.

This is one of the places I stay with my family whenever I go to the mountains. The price is good, the location is great, amenities are good. Best of all: it’s pet friendly. The rooms are in perfect condition. The view to the mountains are breathtaking.

Got a good deal.. Rooms are comfy.. Enjoyed our staycation. My family loves our stay. No complaints. Not our first time in the place but First time Self check in and out and no problem. Management's email communication were thumbs up. Place highly recommended.

So the location is stellar, very central and easy to get around. BUT.. don't ever rent the ground floor units. The walls and ceilings are paper thin and you can hear everything from the units above. I stayed in 102 and the people who live above it (107 I think) are ridiculously noisy young people who stomp around, listen to loud music, and stay up til 3, 4, or 5 in the morning making noise. You will not sleep if you have inconsiderate people above you because the complex is old and not very well built for soundproofing. I knocked on their door late one night to tell them we'd been unable to sleep the night before and the young woman seemed unphased. And they didn't pipe down at all after I talked to them. On the plus side I guess, the complex is dog friendly. But even my dog barked every 5 minutes from the noise upstairs.

Perfect for our family getaway. Enough space to not be in each other's hair, but still be together.

We stayed on first week of March at room 104. It was ok, we like the room farther from railway. However cleanliness was terrible! I doubt they cleaned the room at all beside making the bed. Found used plastic fork and crumbled food in one of dining room chair(ewww)a toothpick on the carpet and a ball under the table.
