I went again. Was told to go to aisle 7_8. Products not there. Looked online. Said 1 available. Came to ask again but would have got to wait 15 minutes in line to talk to someone. Left to another CT and shopping done in 5 minutes. That was my last time at CT on Roland Therrien
The wait time in the parts and automotive e section is really bad. There needs to be more people. I asked for the manager to come and see what was happening for the wait time and was told he would not be able to help and was told to stand in line and wait.....UNACCEPABLE!!! THE MANAGER SOULD BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIME FOR CUSTOMERS. The staff in the auto and parts department told us the manager is not available to help us in any way.

I have been ripped off this Monday 23rd Nov! I was at auto service. I agreed with your employee to go through inspection before any work to my vehicle. After inspection, I was supposed to pay ether 30 for inspection in case I refuse to do all repair or the total amount for repairing in case I accepted to do so. After inspection, I got a receipt of 71 which included the inspection and another repair I did not ask to do. That's a scam. That's stealing people money. I have been forced to pay...ridiculous...
