I took the Mobile Surveillance course offered by CPIS, and can honestly say it was a great experience. The experienced instructors took the time to answer all questions from us students, and offered top-notch in-class and (very) practical training. Chris is very quick to respond to any inquiries, and very knowledgable in his responses. I used this firm in January to assist with verification of an employment related injury. The investigation was on budget and very professionally handled. the video and report were sent electronically, (Covid protocols) There were numerous after hours phone calls and emails, due to a very fluid situation. Extremely professional. I called a couple companies before this firm, I get the sense that a lot of the other firms are using bogus reviews or paying for paid reviews. I spoke with both Chris and Steve and I actually got their real names and contact details. The first company I called, wouldn't even give me their correct name... Super shady. Work was completed on time, and the report was concise without any fluff or puff. My lawyer was extremely please with their competency. Thank You, Job well done!

I called several agencies and really felt a push to lock in to an expensive retainer agreement, without fully explaining my situation. This company, took the time to go through all my options and to speak with my lawyer. In all, about 1.5 hours before we even talked about billing. The fees were about mid pack, just hours and mileage, no other hidden fees for phone calls and other nonsense. Thank you
