They have done retail sale before to the public, and they still advertise themselves as so, BUT, as of November 2020, if you don't have a business account with them, they're no longer serving the public retail sale.

Had a great experience with Canadian Bearings. They had bearings in the size I needed for a full suspension mountain bike linkage. All bike shops were back ordered and CB was recommended by a local bike shop as a solution. Super happy to find they had four in the exact size I needed, quick and safe service!
