I feel like there should be more people working ambulatory, but I also realize this may not be the hospitals fault.

I know there is some amazing staff at Emerg but my Grandma was treated horribly. She arrived at the hospital by ambulance because of her heart. Yet, she was left to her own regard for a lot of the time, hardly ever being checked on, the nurse was rude to her, and finally after hours of being in an isolated room my Grandma asked if she could have a bite of food and water. She is 88 years old! When her heart came back down, a nurse just pointed the direction out to her and didn't even offer her a wheelchair! She was so weak she could barely walk and a family member was not allowed to be in there to help her!!So sad to treat an older person like this.

The staff are wonderful & work very hard in difficult situations ... it is just too bad I can’t say the same for some of the drs! Last night I had the worst experience at this hospital ever! I was left in a solitude room for hours where I was only checked on every hour and a half ... I saw the dr twice in 6 hours! I was put in this room as they had no other place to put me but would mobbed me as soon as possible! Like never! The next time I go I will have to be vomiting blood as they don’t believe a word you’re telling them. I expect to be treated with dignity & respect!

Went for day surgery. I was nervious. As it's the first time I've been in the hospital for myself. The nurses there are the best. They took very good care of me they are sweet and extremely attentive. I always had a warm blanket and a friendly smile. I count thank them enough

I want to thank the third floor nurses, care aids, support staff & food services for their excellent care during my stay. Your ability to maintain an upbeat & friendly attitude under sometimes stressfull situations is refreshing!
