Zoup has always been a great place to get soup. I have tried them all. I'm not even big on seafood but I love the lobster bisque. Bread is warm and fresh. Staff is polite and friendly. The restaurant is very clean. It was very busy when my friend and I went in and there was a little bit of a wait because it was busy, but the wait time was within reason. Expect a reasonable wait time if the place is busy, that means they are doing good business. Check them out, I'm sure they will have a soup for you.

I am a huge fan of soups, so once i found a business where the specialize in soups.... better believe i was in heaven. Top it off with it being served in a bread bowl......need i say more? The seafood etoufee and the stuffed bell pepper are my go tos and a nice side of their house drinks. Highly recommend Came back a second time and tried the corn n crab chowder as well as the lobster bisque. Both excellent choices!
Their soup seems a little costly but compared to fast food, and considering it comes with a fresh bread roll and butter, I think it’s worth it. It’s also a great drop off gift for anyone under the weather, or who needs a pick me up! This is also an excellent place for catering, as their soups and hearty sandwiches are a wonderful, less boring alternative. The chicken pot pie zoup is a family favourite, is very rich, thick and tastes just like pot pie! Sign up for their emails to get occasional deals!
Horrible service. Served two other customers who placed their orders after I did. All I wanted was two soups not even a sandwich. Then when they started to put my order together, they had to go back and fill up the broth because there was none left. Then said sorry for the wait. Which I felt was completely unnecessary to begin with. Had they just done my order first before those other two customers I probably would have been there a fraction of the time. Great soup, bad customer service.
WARNING: overpriced. Came in to try it out and ordered Chicken Veggie Chop Chop soup which was mainly broth with a few floating pieces of wilted veggies. And it was between 7-8 for the small cup. Eating it I felt so ripped off, and violated. Absolutely unacceptable price for subpar soup. I would recommend going to farm boy up the road and ordering better quality soup for 3.60 a bowl, and they have an equally enjoyable dining space.
Place had great reviews so I had high expectations. I payed almost 15 dollars for a turkey bacon club and received what is in the picture below along with a mac and cheese that was very bland and disappointing. Not sure how they can charge so much for so little. Better off going to tims or a subway for a club and soup.
Love the lobster bisque soup. Don't believe Kitchener or Waterloo have locations anymore.
Love all the soup selections. This time I tried the crab corn chowder. This is now my new favorite. Creamy, a hint of sweetness and a hint of crunch from the corn. Big chunks of crab and potatoes. Flavour was on point. It was so good I couldn't put my spoon down in time to take a pic. I will next time.
