We’ve been going to Valhalla MMA kick boxing since it open. Myself and Wife, Son and Daughter all love it. Gail runs a great program and has a wonderful staff who are all experts in their field. The atmosphere is a mix of courteously and motivation. Besides learning self defence it’s amazing exercise and you’ll be selling that treadmill in the garage very soon. Join up! You will be glad you did.
