PROS: * Staff in shoe dept were friendly, responsive, and offered some good suggestions after asking specific questions about use, purpose, and goals for footwear. * I ended up purchasing one of the items suggested by CS. * purchased shoes did alleviate a lot of pain issues. CONS: * entirely unconvinced SportCheck is observing covid capacity rules. * It was busy, and people were often tripping over each other to get attention of staff. * Front end staff spoke to 'under the nose mask guy' wanting an exchange for at least 5 min without ever asking him to fix his mask for the benefit of staff or customers in the vicinity. PRODUCT: 8/10 COVID COMPLIANCE: 4/10

Newly renovated/relocated location in the mall Much bigger selection, open concept store made it very easy to find what I was looking for, and the staff member was very helpful in helping me find exactly the right pair of runners for me After all of the bad reviews the old location got, glad to see they're off to a great start at this new one
