I spent an afternoon calling glass repair shops on the tri cities. Scott from Speedy glass was THE nicest person I spoke too that day. It was one of the least expensive quotes and he was the first place that said it wouldn't be an issue to reuse the rain sensor. Every other place quoted me to replace it. He was able to give me an appointment quickly. When I arrived I had both children in tow. He was nice to my toddler and spoke to her several times. The new windshield was in just over an hour. Great service! My windshield looks great and the customer service was excellent!
The reason I'm only giving 4 stars is because I found the stone chip repair to be a bit pricey. I'd rather pay to fix the chip than to let the cracks spread all across the windshield though, so you have to pay someone somewhere. But... The other 4 stars are shining. Great customer service, and they were on schedule with my appointment. The guys took the car in as soon as I arrived and got to work. They upsold me on a Rain-X window treatment, and I wasn't sure if it would be worth the extra 20 or 30, but it was probably the best money I'd spent all year! Definitely glad they suggested it, and I'll be doing the treatment again down the line. I was in and out in under 30 minutes, so this is a great place to go if you need someone to do the job quickly and on time, and want the professional results you're paying for. I may have paid a bit more than I thought I should have, but I would use them again in a heartbeat. They didn't waste my time and keep me waiting around, they didn't mistreat my vehicle, and they were friendly without being sugary sweet.
Friendly staff, good price, quick service. The trim around the glass doesn't look as good as it did before.
