Although I cannot speak for the quality of the course, I can speak on the quality (or LACK) of customer service! I booked a course at the beginning of September, but had to cancel and the director told me I would be receiving a refund. To this day, I still have not received my money back. I have called and left countless messages, emailed many, many times, and have been ignored. The level of professionalism with the director is very minimal, and I would definitely recommend accessing a First Aid/CPR course elsewhere.

Instructor Kien was very efficient and demonstrated he knew what he was doing. His style of teaching is easy to follow and makes everything easy to grasp. The safety protocols are great!!! Hand sanitizer, cleaning often, glove changes, masks, spacing, everything ! Highly recommend doing the blended delivery for ease in class.
Kien was an amazing instructor. Very clear and concise. He definitely knows first aid knowledge innately and can easily help everyone understand the concepts. You can tell he feels passion for what he does. Highly recommend
