I walked by this place the other night while a fitness class was taking place. Only one person had a mask on - the instructor. The rest? Not one. In spite of this, I doubt if any pair was six feet or more away from each other. It looked like the place wasn't even big enough for it. A breeding ground for COVID, especially with some heavy breathing. Then the hapless participants wander out onto the street, to the store, to work. Thank you young people! No wonder the infection rate is so high in your age bracket.

I cannot say enough about ProActive Fitness! Not only has it changed my life physically, it has also given me a second family! It is such a great atmosphere, it is very welcoming and encouraging no matter what physically condition you are in, you are guaranteed to get a great workout in and have fun while doing it! Emerson and Char have put their blood, sweat and tears into the new studio and it shows what hard work can do! I am so excited to see what the future has in store for this team, this is only the beginning!

For Christy and I, it's as much about mental fitness as physical fitness and we leave proactive energized and ready to face whatever life throws at us. My mum has been attending ProActive for quite some time and was adamant for me to attend. I am currently training for my 5th marathon and I have never attempted any other type of physical workout alongside my training but thought I would give it a shot. I can whole heartily say that it has made huge improvements to my overall endurance, strength and speed. The crew at ProActive are lively, knowledgeable and amazing to be around. If you have not been, you’re missing out. Definitely worth hitting it up. :)

I’ve been going to Proactive for almost a year now after being introduced to the studio by my partner’s father as a “bonding experience”. I have to say it is by far the most fun and challenging training I’ve had. All of the instructors are knowledgeable, and they make sure to help you reach your fitness goals with HIIT and unique exercises. They encourage you to push yourself but in a way that is always mindful of your goals, expectations and athletic capabilities. The instructors always introduce fun and exciting training activities in each class that keep your heart pumping, and your legs and arms shaking. I’ve had classes with all of the trainers, and I can honestly say that they are energetic and motivating, and keep the mood of the class light and fun. We always have fun and feel motivated to push ourselves to get the results that we want. Whether you are thinking of going solo or with a partner (I’ve done both), you always feel welcome and accepted among the group. The studio attracts quality people of varying ages and athletic capabilities - I highly recommend trying Proactive Training!!
