Much smaller than the modern, spacious and very comfy Cambridge North location, and no ambience here whatsoever. Very few food selections. The Ontario Express café was also closed. (Jan & Feb 2020). Bathrooms are large and clean. There's a public-use microwave on the center island to heat your own food. The WiFi here is strong and reliable, unlike the North side's connection which is spotty and drops regularly the few times you can actually get on it. Semis are always blocking the large vehicle parking entrance and using the only two designated RV spots, so if you're in a motorhome or hauling a trailer, park with the regular cars or at the far entrance near the gas station where the buses usually go.

Stopped and picked up New York Fries. Paul went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. He created a masterpiece, hands down the best poutine I've ever had!!
Great selection of food and even better now that they got Starbucks. I stopped at this location to grab coffee and place was very clean. The washrooms were also very tidy and clean.
The WORST Tim's ever. Ordered a 20 pack of timbits, they give me three different kinds only. Ordered a french vanilla, they give me hot water (3 times that has happened). Ordered a breakfast sandwich, they give it to me cold. Ordered cream cheese on my bagel, they give me a plain bagel. It's always during my commute, so I don't have time to stop and turn around. Absolutely useless. I have never been more unimpressed with service anywhere. Can I give negative stars?
We were just at this Tim Hortons drive-thru location. We ordered a small coffee and an ice cup. Unfortunately, the coffee was served unfresh and the ice cup had a citric taste in it?. We returned the coffee but didn't return the ice cup as we tried it after we left the location. The staff seemed unqualified and careless for the job. Where is the quality Tim Hortons?
