Calls me at least 5 times a week to claim something I do not owe. Extremely annoying, frustrating and they provide no information about me that is valid. No way to trust them. Just hang up

I worked for this company from Aug 4th to Sept 11th. I was fired just before 4pm Sept 11th for not being aggressive enough with debtors, i was told I was being too nice and not pressuring them enough. I have done accounts receivable in the past and also call center collections and you don't have to be rude or degrading to debtors to collect money. They set very high targets to make money, my first month i did awesome, everyone has good days and bad days, this month to date I was more then halfway behind target therefore I was fired. I had just had a talk with the operations manager the previous day and I had only collected 800 today and that wasn't good enough and I was fired. There is no probation period here, terminated without notice, i think i'll check with labour board on this one, and i will add i was NEVER rude or yelled at anyone. Like I've said I was terminated for being too nice.

I don’t understand how can I have a debt from 2001 and it’s till now valid when in reality after 7 years Cerdit info brushes off . But they kept calling me and i thought it’s fraud , is it really true they can get back after 20 something years ?? Or it is Just another way of making money out of people? And ruin their Cerdit ..

I'm extremely disappointed that nobody contacted my customer. My customer contacted ME and said nobody had tried to get ahold of him. After an email from me, they finally called and took his money. Still no response to my emails. Took full commission for ZERO work.
