Beware if you pay for a delivery fee especially during these times. The employee who calls to book the date and time of delivery will say that the delivery company will bring your items to the first available room inside the home as it is the pandemic and it is up to the customer to ask the delivery team if they can place it in the room you wish for it to go. However, this is not the case. The delivery truck is now here with my items and the driver insists that it is only a curbside drop off, information contrary to what was given over the phone. (These items are not meant for outdoors and are too heavy for me to carry indoors by myself - hence why I asked for it to be delivered) Now I'm on the phone with customer service and the first employee who came on the phone echoed the initial call and so, had to transfer me on to a manager. The manager then said \unfortunately it cannot be done. It's curbside delivered only\ - Given, I was very upset with this information. After 10 or so minutes of me going at it (lol), he then said, Lowe's would absorb the cost of indoor delivery and get the driver to deliver it inside. What?!?! There's a delivery fee on a delivery fee?!?! ...and you make me feel the guilty party for the wrong information given to me after paying a delivery fee and telling me it would be for a drop off inside the home? Please for next time... train your staff on calls to set clear expectations beforehand and don't give a paying customer the runaround at some 8 odd in the morning.

Went here to buy something for my dresser. I payed for the product but forgot to bring it with me. (IKR, silly me!) . 〽️When i got home, I realized that item wasn’t with me. So i went back to Lowe’s hoping that i’ve had left the item there. Thankfully the young girl who checked me out kept them safe and wrote down a note that i forgot the item and i already paid for them. And that is what i called, excellent customet service. thankfully i brought the receipt with me but unfortuantely not the item .

Ordered 2 items. Ready in 2 hours. Ordered 4 more of the same item. Ready in 1 1/2 hours. Four emails and two phone calls to confirm pick up in store is ready. 5 minute wait to pick up at store. Great service.
