Polite staff, no appointment fast service and no BS. I will go to them for now on for my rentals as well as reccomend them to others.
Older vehicles: squeaky brakes, shaky on highway, loud muffler. Stated that a vehicle would be available even after signing confirmation but was not a few days prior to pick up date. Information from one front desk staff to the next was inconsistent and conflicting. Would like to be supportive of locally owned companies and also wanted to gave it a shot due to its excellent reviews however I would skip this place next rental. (Ms. Inthavong)
Great place to rent a vehicle. Locally owned...nice to deal with an owner. No pressure to buy \extras\ like the other big car rental companies. Would highly recommend!!!!
Great experience, amazing price, I was in and out of there in like 8-10 mins. This is my go to spot for a rental for local use.
