Went there to trade in my Jeep Wrangler 2015 sport 2 door for a Jeep Wrangler 2018 4 door Sahara unlimited. Met with Mo the sales person, calm individual, pretty easy going. Nothing out of the normal back and forth pricing pitch. I ended up satisfied with my trade in value and the purchase value of the vehicle. I also dealt with Esteban who works in the finance department. He was also a nice person, open, upfront and friendly. I was hoping for a better finance % but was satisfied with the final sale of it all! Only reason why I did not give it a 5/5 is because when I was signing for the sale to be sent for financing I found multiple errors in the document. Mind you, it wasn’t the final document but I felt it should have been updated prior to my signature. Other than that, both Mo and Esteban were a delight to work with! I’m loving my new 2018 Jeep Wrangler Sahara unlimited! Thanks team!

Dealt with Myles. He helped me with the car I wanted. Made sure when I picked up my car it was good to go and I would be happy. Certified with new break pads and routers changed. Full tank of gas. And worked together to find a good price that works. Would definitely recommend Galt to others...

I wrote a review a while back gave a 1 star but removed it because the dealership made it right and i was going to give higher rating. Even tho they made right it took a year and in that time completely getting the run around, getting ignored and the most horrible cust service I've ever received. My problems were all cosmetic on my brand new truck and easly could be fixed in a weekend if the dealership actully wanted to. Service, parts, and the body shop were open during this time so covid can't be used as an excuse. Trevor was amazing during the buying process then disappeared after purchase when i needed issues fixed, ignored texts and calls. He did finally come through a year later and made it right only by fluke, he called me thinking i was someone else then he was kinda forced to deal with the issue. I was dealing with Moe for a while... i honestly don't understand how he has a job there, ignored a bunch of my calls and texts until one day i said i was going to come see him so of corse he answered.. then just gave me the run around for a few months and stopped answering again. This is a long review but hopefully it makes people stay away from this dealership. Go to stockie in kitchener, you'll never deal with a better more above and byond dealership. The truck needed a door pannel on the inside, it had some bad scratches that needed to be fixed, and a dent on the bottom that needed to be fixed, these are the issues that took a year to fix.
