Best pediatrician around he really cares about the children. I have never felt rushed during any appointment. Parking is tight at the new location but you can also park on the road

We love porwal as a doctor and for his expertise but his wait times are a bit excessive. Come for an appointment at 11:45 and having to leave at 2:00 because my husband has to go to work. This has happens every time we go. End up not having enough time to wait. I understand that wait times do happen but that is unacceptable. Children use the office toys, they put them in their mouth, they dont cover their mouth‘s when coughing and parents are not saying anything. My daughter and husband actually got really sick after visiting dr portals office! Paper work takes FOREVER, have to book an appointment or you wait months. Waited almost 6 months for talker paperwork, kidsability ended up having to call to get it done. Been trying to remove my daughters feeding tube for almost a year but the doctor isn’t pushing paperwork through to remove it. Frustrated as to what do to, my daughters tube is just there, she doesn’t use it. She has so many sores caused by stomach acid. This Isn’t fair to her.
