I always appreciate and give good reviews to businesses but not for this place. Never ever going back to this place . Worst customer service, waited in line for hours and they gave us coupon number so that we can come back according to number and they said they will call us. When I called them after almost an hour they said it’s first come and first serve coupons are not valid anymore. Spent another 2 hours to get in but it wasn’t worth it. End up getting refund and leaving without buying anything. Talked to owner regarding this and even he don’t care, he said sorry we can’t make everyone happy. 90% people were complaining about this but no solution. Even some old people were waiting in cold weather but they were treated poorly as well.
Very nice food. Haven’t good authentic Indian food in a long time but this place does the job. Customer service is excellent. Halal options are awesome even though my favourite is the Lahore crispy fish. Keep it up.
The first experience was good but since then the quality has clearly gone down. My last visit was also disappointing. I ordered a couple of items including channa baturas. The channas were undercooked. I wasn't impressed by the cleanliness either. Last two visits have been disappointing
I ordered food from here tonight to try a new place. I had the butter chicken and mix vegetable pakora and both were delicious! The price was very good too. I will absolutely order again!
I like taste. Another thing I like the way to organize and handle the food with proper precautions because in this covid Safety and cleaning is more important. I appreciate your work. I want to give one suggestion. Please provide the more information about your restaurant as along with grocery store. So, everybody know about the menu which food items available on your store.
The hot food section is absolutely pathetic, it doesn't look clean at all. The workers at the meat section don't know what they are doing at all, not sure how much training has been provided. Expect to wait a very long time for a food order that should take 5-10 minutes. The meat section doesn't look appetizing at all, not sure if the food is fresh/cooked daily or not. The price of hot food items and the contents change very often, one day you pay something and the other day you pay a different price for the same food items. Best of luck calling in ahead of time to place a hot food order as they don't prepare anything till you arrive or the order gets tossed into the bin as soon as you hang up. When you go and ask about the order you placed on the phone 15 minutes ago, nobody seems to know anything about it. Pathetic service.
I like the food, we ordered take out, even after reading some negative reviews. I'm in the food industry for a long time and I'm a chef myself.. so for me food is good castmer service is good But overall it wasn't bad, as some reviews says
