Bought a set of tires, and as I was loading them in my van, I noticed a nail in the sidewall of on of the tires. They said they would replace the tire, no problem... they then tried to replace the tire with a lower quality tire. When I refused, they again promised to make it right. Fast forward to three weeks later, and 5 visits to sort this out, I finally got my tire. After two weeks I lost my patience, and asked for a refund. I was told no, because they could have sold those tires to someone else, it took me yelling to get things sorted out. I will not be back.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and had my tires in stock. Was able to get same day service and the pricing was reasonable.
I've been coming here for a number of years and they are always helpful and quick to get the work done, with fair prices.
