Dr Gindi was excelent! He was incredibly knowledgeable about all the shots and prescriptions we needed for our trip to Peru! The clinic was also great about figuring out our immunization history. They also made paying easy and it wasn’t that expensive. To top it all he was super fast with the shots so it was all painless, and he had a great sense of humour! Would definitely go back!

Doctor Gindi was so rude. My daughter is 4 years old. And she is scared of needle that is natural. He asked me that i could not handle my daughter and my time is over and i can go. What the heck was that. He said that my daughter is not behaving well and she is a spoiled kid. HOW CAN HE SAY THAT TO ME THAT MY KID DOESN'T RESPECT ME BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T LET ME HOLD HER FOR A NEEDLE. OH HELLLLO. SHE IS ONLY 4YEARS OLD.
Took forever (months) to get an appointment, then the office was closed when I arrived ten minutes early for my appointment. They remained closed until I left after waiting 25 minutes (with two grumpy babies in the car). No one called to notify me of the delay. Also they were going to charge me 80 to see my newborn, knowing there are no immunizations available to her. They should have identified her age and let me know that the visit would have been a waste of time.
We are very happy with the service we received. Its not covered by ohip but we knew that before we came. We had some coverage through our benefits.
