The White Advocate

The trainer Lou was knowledgeable and entertaining. He presented the material in a clear, efficient and effective teaching style. Encouraged class participation and input. By relating his experiences in real world scenarios pertaining to training made the lessons easy to understand and remember. He was not overly ridged or strict. He was a construction worker that knew how to teach. Not a teacher that knew construction work. It was by far the best safety training I've had. He had tons of unconventional fall arrest gear to demonstrate with. The videos were excellent and informative. Facilities were comfortable, well equipped and modern. He provided coffee, bottled water and donuts.
