I’ve been with. Bodystream for a few years now and find the Drs and staff very helpful and knowledgeable, highly recommend them. The only issue I have is not getting the pre appointment email till the last min and calling the office and getting voice mail all the time

After a really poor experience at another clinic, Bodystream really stepped up to help me out! The doctors are knowledgeable, and the office that books the appointments is also super helpful. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I asked the reception a question at my last appointment and she just told me to google the answer. She could have done that herself, because I still haven’t been able to find the answer.

This is the worst Cannabis Clinic I’ve been to in 5 years. Waited for over an hour after my appointment time and had to leave as there were still 5 people ahead of me. The Dr is too friendly and can’t stop talking to people. There’s no need to take 15-20 minutes per person especially when you are that backed up. What really boils my blood about this place is that the Dr and receptionists tell you that the government makes you have to come every 3 months for a re-evaluation THIS IS A LIE SO THEY CAN CHARGE OHIP per visit. 12 months is the maximum. Stop manipulating your patients for profit. Disgusting

Huge fail on their part. I had a 10am appointment scheduled for today only to find out that they were closed. I know I had the right time because I entered it while at their reception desk along with companion who helped me do it. and then we read it back to them to confirm. We went online with Bodystream's chat who determined that the appointment was never booked which explains why we didn't get the usual pre-appointment email from them. This, along with unreturned phone calls have left me puzzled and confused about how serious they are about their patients' health concerns.
