Lucky it won't let me post without one star cause I didn't even want to give that. Anyone on here giving a good review works there. If u order a part or a product over the phone don't expect the proper part to be waiting for pick up or a reason why they would knowingly order the wrong part. Ordered a part for a washer, made sure to be specific about the part and the number. Explained that I would be driving to pick it up from over hour away and if they couldn't get it to let me k ow so I could go elsewhere. Get there. Part is clearly the wrong part and was told they ordered the wrong part "just in case" and so they "have something" for me. When asked why they didn't tell me the day I ordered it I was met with "I'm only human pinch me" whatever that means, followed by a temper tantrum after I said this wasn't just simple human error, this was incompetence and that the consumers rights nowadays is almost Zero and should expect something for how much we all are forced to pay for products now. is it too much to ask for good service if we are going to be forced to buy garbage products made in 3rd world sweat shops? Well this was met with accusations of steroid abuse cause I stay in shape and due to a medical condition my face is always red. Talked to the owner and have never received any kind of outcome to an inquiry into treatment of customers. So they bought her story over mine. All I can do is recommend your take your hard earned money to someone who won't treat people that way.

I needed a fan for our basement bathroom Infrared/Exhaust fan. I found the Motor type and when I brought it down to the store the brand new motor was in my hand and paid for in about 7 mins. Great service and the fan is working great. Highly recommend this company.

I ordered a furnace part online from these guys and cancelled the order due to a conflict with other maintenance arrangements that were made. The cancellation request was placed well before the order shipped, but they ignored it, shipped the part, and billed me for it. Now they are demanding that I pay to return the item after they screwed up. These people are great at taking your money, but horrible at customer service. This has been a completely unacceptable experience and I will never use them again.
Ordered a part for a portable dishwasher and they had the one I was looking for. Their price was better than the U.S.suppliers and the shipping was fast. Great service.
