I had my Bassbreaker 30r amp in for repair the last few weeks and I got it back a few days ago. Prior to the repair, Rich called me and seemed genuinely interested in getting to the bottom of the issue and now I have the amp back and it sounds great! Thanks Rich!

Rich did his best to help without bringing it in! My Mesa DC-3 lost its ability to switch channels - intermittent problem, but even after a tentative fix he made sure by running 1/2 day. Rich also replaced resistors that looked heat damaged and left "long legs" to prevent this in the future - proactive. Thanks Rich, and for the bias modification you did years ago.

Had my fender amp fixed. Price was good, amp sounds great, can't complain. It took a few weeks, but when I dropped it off, I made it clear I wasn't in a rush to get it back. I highly recommend!
