A truly worth it service. We hired AMJ to move our belongings into storage and out of storage into our new home a few months later. Communication was clear and precise. Kirk Grady, our sales rep, was informative, knowledgeable, and accurate. He took the time to explain the process, what our expectations could be, and the cost associated. Mike and his crew moved us out of the old house, Nathan and his crew moved us into the new home, and both crews were friendly, quick, caring, courteous, and professional. All involved made our first move extremely stress free and easy. It’s a no brainer to hire them. Thank you times a million!! We highly recommend them and will hire AMJ again ourselves when needed.

We have used you AMJ a few times now. This time we decided to get a few quotes from various movers. In the end, we chose to go back to AMJ because we have never had issues. This move was no exception except for the time it took. Derek, Liam and James were incredible! What should have been an 8 to 9 hour move, including lunch, ended up being about 6 hours. They are beasts! They ran, literally ran. They went non stop, we slowed them down to have a snack, lol. They even went so far as to shovel a path to the back of our yard to get a patio set that we said we would do ourselves since it was a steep hill they had to go down, see pictures. Nothing lost, nothing broken, no walls damaged, etc. I will always use AMJ and if you are using the Cambridge crew, ask for Derek, Liam and James. Our client/sales rep, Caroline, she too was amazing and patient. She even brought us and the movers coffee in the morning. Thank you for a smooth, flawless and fast move.
Working with AMJ Campbell was the best decision we could have made! From meeting Darrin and having him coordinate the move (incredibly positive, energetic and informative) to the move itself was an amazing experience and we immediately felt at ease! From the moment the moving crew arrived, we knew we were in great hands. They introduced themselves right off the bat (Mike, Matt and Timmy), and after a short walk through they got working right away. I watched with amazement the professionalism, the planning, the work ethic (it was amazing to watch them work with equal parts speed and care), the teamwork and the problem solving that they demonstrated. They were conscious of our things and took care of everything from the most expensive to the smallest detail. The kindness they showed to our young daughter when we brought her home, compassion for our cats (who were terrified) and the way they treated both the home we left and our new home, show a commitment to their craft and a kindness that was so refreshing to experience. We won’t forget after signing the paperwork at the end they all looked at us and said “Welcome Home” in the most genuine way, and we felt like They weren’t just our movers, but they were part of our whole moving experience. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your move and especially this crew of Mike, Matt and Timmy. I promise you, it’s a no brainer for any move you have! The process with Darrin Drake was amazing. He came in and walked through EVERYTHING, and was awesome at showing the value of the service. Our driver was quite good, and we had a few small instances with respect to direct or scraps easily dealt with. I would have asked for at least one more senior guy to have been along to help. The crew was respectful, and very good that way. In the freezing cold, no brainer using them though.
We moved to Atlantic Canada from the Cambridge area in 2019. It was one of the most stressful things we have ever done but having this company move our belongings made it a million times easier! We were so pleased with how accurate the initial quote was. Kirk helped us with the planning and administrative side of the move, and he came out to our property and gave us a very accurate estimate based on the amount of furniture and items we had. It was great knowing we wouldn't have any surprise costs jump out at us. Once out East we were incredibly pleased with the way their staff handled our things, they were all very enthusiastic about what they were doing. They were careful and considerate with fragile boxes and furniture. In the entire 18 hour drive the only thing that broke was a 10 dollar mirror, and that happened only just as it was coming off the truck, which really showed us they packed it well! They were able to stop at more than one place to pick up our things, and they delivered it within the expected timespan. Kirk was especially fantastic and a pleasure to work with! I would recommend this company to anyone planning a big move, especially over long distances.
