My house in Arbour Lake is 25 years old and all the 15 windows really needed replacing. After reviewing the services of several window replacement companies in Calgary, I decided to go with Window Mart. Ivan R, Window Mart's Project Specialist, provided a very good overview of the features of the windows they offer. The innovative features of their windows were very compelling. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of various choices I had and the warranties Window Mart offers. I was very impressed with his knowledge. And, the total cost he provided for the 15 windows was close to what I was expecting and very competitive. I am looking forward to enjoying my new windows once installed.

Had my windows installed April 19. There were several issues. One of the windows was measured wrong so they could not replace. I was not given any indication of how long that might take or if they even remeasured to order the right window. We ordered aluminum trim for the interior where feasible but they did not install or even mention it. The windows themselves seem like they were installed properly and the quality seems good but the finishing was very amateur. The caulking was bad and somewhat random and they did not bother to even clean the windows. I called to request a response to these issues and was told I’d have a call back with two days - have still not heard back.
Great customer service and knowledge of products. They were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Ivan came out quickly for an estimate. He answered all my questions, made recommendations, and gave me a quote that was reasonable. Marcel and the crew came and completed the installation including a thorough clean-up in a day, on the day they said they would. I am extremely happy with the service I would absolutely recommend them.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Safe to assume the reviews they have are completely FAKE since they offered us a discount if we gave them a 5 star review. We made a purchase back in October and were scheduled for a install back in January. Didn't get a install until the the end of February and we are still dealing with it. The install was brutal. Nothing was sealed properly and foam is leaking in every single window. We asked to speak to a Manager and have yet to deal with one. Every person that has talked to us has only said "Trust me" every thing is good. We have had a couple people come out to look at it and absolutely NOTHING is fixed. Not one single window is done properly. We Had to get another company out to look at it and have a quote of over 1000 to fix the original install. We have sent pictures in and nothing is getting done. We are now forced to take legal action since they did not do what was agreed upon and seem to care less about it. Look me up, I have pictures and copies of the email, dates and what was agreed on. These guys are terrible. Maybe a manager will finally see this and actually do something about it. At this point it's fine if they don't as we have already planned out out next course of action. Window Mart has been a terrible experience and I would wish it on anyone.
We have looked at several companies for complete window replacement for our home in High River. Ivan came out and did by far the best presentation of all the companies that came. He was knowledgeable and very professional. He was able to show us his product, explain the different features and answer all our questions. He was very quick to respond to further emails with questions I thought of after. Their price was very competitive and we are certainly looking forward to the installation.
Well I called window mart and they sent out a gentleman named Ivan ranyuk. He was so patient and so nice. He took the time to explain every detail of their great product. He answered all my questions and then some. I have full confidence in dealing with them. The windows that I purchased were also a great price for triple pane. Extremely happy with the service 5 out of 5 100%
We just had Window Mart here for an estimate for 16 windows. Ivan, the estimator, gave us a very thorough presentation. He really knows his stuff ! We were most impressed with his knowledge of their product and why their windows are superior in the world of windows in 2021. He brought in windows to show us, as well as an active display to show us the difference between the 4 levels of UV protection that their products offer. We were extremely impressed with this young man and had no problem buying Window Mart's 25 year guaranteed product. We have had 5 estimates and Ivan was the only one to tell us that our basement window was not up to egress code. We have no regrets !
I think this is the company to be beat. I think they are definitely setting a new standard for their industry. When Ivan came out to my home in Evanston I wouldn't have expected to be so well informed on all aspects of my windows. It was nice to feel confident making a truly informed decision. Ivan has proved to be very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Great Customer Service. Great experience.
