Will have to make a THIRD trip to Walmart to get 3 worth of prints. Tried calling before making my first trip to make sure the self print kiosks were open. No one answers the phone. Take a chance and head down, why wouldn’t they be open? A little Lysol between customers would make them safe. Not open. Fine, I took a chance and struck out. Order online for pick up the next day, got an email late that night saying they’re ready. Confirm hours online before heading down in the morning to pick up only for it to be closed when I get there!!! I get having different hours because of COVID but UPDATE THEM ONLINE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DON’T ANSWER THE PHONE OR HAVE A VOICEMAIL WITH THE HOURS ON IT! Such a pain! Photos done and already paid for online, customer service can’t even get them for me as it’s a “third party company that runs the photo center” /end rant.

Well, they gave us false hopes. They texted me saying i won a completely free family photo! we went there and they took 50shots (more or less). They never explained the whole thing. if u want to get a copy of all the shots they took u have to pay 200plus. all those times we thought it’s all free.in end we end up paying 70 for getting all the digital copies. That’s how they appreciate their customer folks.
