Our child started preschool today and we are beyond happy. We could find nowhere else we could afford due to me being disabled and on CPP. I feel comfortable with their preventative measures they are taking to keep themselves and the children safe. Monica is fabulous.

Nice place to go for daily exercise. With a full gym, large swim pool, steam room, its perfect for the whole family. Only thing is the shower heads are weak and the area is a bit dirty.

We have only been here one time so far but our experience was exceptional. Their staff are friendly and smiling (even behind masks). They go above and beyond and are flexible to meet different family needs!

We are incredibly grateful to have Vivo in our community and appreciate Vivo's culture and efforts to adapt in a very challenging environment. Wonderful facility with a fully equipped gym. I don’t find the pool as big as other recreation centres, but this one tends to do the job. Can get quite busy during peak hours.

Your gym is trash and stole over 100 from me and blamed covid. Thanks for nothing. Ill be sure to spread the word about your brutal facilities and awful customer service during a trying time. If you can't accommodate a customer you refund them. You guys are crooks.

Recently I planned a little swim party for my son at Vivo for his 10th birthday and I just have to say the staff went above and beyond to help and make it possible with all the neassary safety precautions in place. To allow the kids a wonderful 1 hour and a half in the pool felt like old times (but with excellent new measures in place) I feel so overwhelmed with gratitude to everyone who works there that made it possible. My son was so happy and said it was the best birthday ever! Thanks so much Vivo and we will be back!
