Made an appointment during the pandemic. I arrived on time, got in on time. Unfortunately my prescription was misplaced however as I was already a client all was well. Great attention to detail by the staff. The prices here are much higher than other places so check first. I was not offered a discount being a senior.

I’ve had issue after issue with this company. Just when I though management actually cared to resolve issues, I come to replace a tank and find the location is closed. As a business owner, I know it takes 2 minutes to update google temporary closures. Then when I googled the hours this morning, I would have know they were closed instead of driving across the city. Literally, every interaction with VitalAire has distinct and separate issues. This one is relatively minor but with all the other, I’m shopping for a new supplier.
