I contacted Ryan to have several old 8 mm tapes and vhs tapes transferred to digital. Other than knowing what I wanted the outcome to be - I wanted to be able to edit, put into order and view on my tv, I had no idea how to achieve that. Ryan was awesome. He transferred my tapes to digital (the turnaround was only a few days) and explained to me that the most cost-effective way to edit would be to purchase a program and do it myself. I did as suggested and he made himself available to answer any questions I had as I worked my way through the process. I am so happy with the results! Ryan was super patient and helpful, and the service he provided was exactly as promised, prompt and reasonably priced. I will definitely use his services again as I work my way through boxes of old memories.
