I love this place. I always feel so safe letting my kids (5 and 3) play here. There is only one door out, and all kids have to have matching bracelets. There are cameras covering the play area, and all the tunnels lead to one set of slides: I can literally sit in a comfy chair and see the kids almost all the time. Also, it's very clean. This place is a life saver in Calgary winters!
We brought out kid's to play here when it was really cold one day. The quality of the facility and the pricing compared to other facilities in the city is amazing. They have a great layout for both parents and kids. Unlike other play centers it was relatively easy for me to go in after my 2 year old to help him go down the slide. Also the quality of healthy snacks and prices were reasonable. Overall I would definitely come back, both the kids and ourselves enjoyed our time here.
So today I went there for the first time with my 5 year old daughter and her friend. Front staff at the counter started charging me without even asking if I already had a pass ( I had a pass) . Anyways we went inside and kids were hungry. Their policy no food from outside( understandable as other kids could have food allergies), so had to buy from there. Food is extremely overpriced. After food kids started playing. Towards inside there was a climbing wall. There was a guy in blue shirt ( their staff ) , who wouldn’t let kids go there and stood there like a wall on the gate of climbing area. When I went there to inquire he wouldn’t answer my queries properly and asked me to read the policies on the wall myself ( which I had missed ). Extremely rude guy, very disappointing to be treated like that. Next to the climbing wall there was a Jumpshot area. I casually asked this guy if kids could go there. Again this gentleman didn’t answer properly,and said he doesn’t know ( very strange cause you are a staff there ). Never coming back here , wouldn’t recommend this place for any sort of activities ( they do hold birthday parties) . Very disappointed to buy monthly pass. Money got wasted.

Recently moved to Canada and it's a great way to burn off some energy when it's -25 outside aha. Lots of safe activities in a clean environment for you kids to take part in. I was in earlier this week and was greeted by a very pleasant young man whom gave excellent advice about Calgary. We will be returning to TommyKplay! Thank you.
It's a fun place and my 6 & 3 year old boys love running around here. The giant slide is fun. The toddler area has a great variety of toys. I'm docking it a star because the comfy seating is very worn (small rips and holes in the "leather") and the lighted button-pressing game has many burned out lights. And no water fountain.
I love bring my children here. It's a great way to burn off some energy when it's -30 outside. Lots of safe activities for you kids to take part in. Great seating for adults as well if you are able to allow your child to play unattended.
