Brought in a shattered basement window for repair. Spoke with Theresa and the other lady in the shop whose name I do not remember- they were both very friendly, knowledgeable, and wonderful to deal with. They quoted the repair the same day I dropped off the pane, very reasonably priced, and they estimated a 5-7 business day wait for the double panes to come in which was accurate. I would definitely recommend Glass Guru for window repairs, and will go through them for any glass needs I have in the future! (Though fingers crossed I don’t have to deal with any more unexpected broken windows!)

Glass Guru replaced a cracked window pane unit for me. The staff who I spoke with on the phone and who came to my home were friendly, professional, and efficient. They installed the new glass in just over half an hour! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs glass replaced or installed.
Frank was very polite, his approach is more about helping you and seeing how to fix any issues you're having, not about selling you a bunch of windows that you don't need. He's very knowledgeable about how windows work and what you should do to keep the windows working. He's kind, professional and saved me money. Why wouldn't I recommend him!
Had a consultation with Frank, the owner to view a broken window in my high rise building. Unfortunately, because of the nature of the window, requires a specialist to fix but Frank was able to give me sound advice and steer me in the right direction to find someone who can fix it for me. Fantastic service and will be thinking of glass guru next time anyone asks who should fix their broken windows!
The gentleman who came to repair my two windows was very professional, capable and efficient. He did a great job. Dealing with the office was different. I received non logical estimates. I was not updated on delays (it took over 3 weeks between the time I contacted them and the time my windows were fixed). Frankly the service is overpriced. Approx 300 for a window replacement with 50 worth of glass is hard to justify. I was pressed with time and didn’t do due diligence in seeking the better quote. I will rethink the process or do the work myself next time.
