Good prices, not too busy weekday afternoons.
On par prices, open space behind with seating and the owner or operator is super friendly. Once in awhile he'll give my son some free time to swing if no one else is there(doesn't happen often). We go here every year. The only reason for the 4/5 versus a 5/5 is a concession stand with more options would be ideal but there are plenty of areas within 5 minutes walking if you're hungry. There is also an open field behind it if you want to play catch while waiting too.
Good laid back fun. Inexpensive, outdoors and a good way to kill some time outside with some friends. Humble owner.

Love this spot! Plenty of parking spaces, close to the park and run paths as well. Great price and friendly staff
