I am celiac, so cannot eat many places. The gluten free pizza here is really good! It is nice knowing I can go somewhere and eat something that is hot, tasty, well priced, and safe. Also, good tip for adding lemon on top of the pizza!

Excellent atmosphere. I love the tea selection, two of my favourites are the "Simple Green", green tea and also the "Coconut Pu'reh". Get it steeped if you can. The service is awesome with friendly staff willing to cater to your needs. Kudos!

I GOT ONE MARGHERITA PIZZA AND IT TASTES SO GOOOOOOOOODDDD. It will be even better if they add a little taste of basil. Love this place

I got the classic iced tea from here. It's over priced for the size and quality. It tasted like stomach acid I had to dump it after the first few sips. The only good thing about this place is the exceptional customer service.

Man working was rude and arrogant. This place is definitely not kid friendly, which is both surprising and disappointing since its connected to the kids section of a family library. Update in response to owner: Thanks kindly for your response. Unfortunately you must be thinking of a different customer as my child was not standing in a chair when I was informed that the shop did not serve children.

I was ordering my drink (which was made wrong but that is besides the point) and while I was ordering, the staff member who was taking my order started to yell at a pregnant mother that she couldn't sit there eating a snack unless she ordered a drink or food. This pregnant mother was in the middle of consoling her crying toddler who had just hit his head on the table and was hurt when your staff member decided to yell at her. As a mother of a toddler myself I was completely taken aback by the lack of compassion shown - the mother of the toddler also looked quite taken aback but she quickly packed up her toddler's snack and moved over to the library. I completely understand that there are rules and they need to be enforced (they were sitting at a table and the toddler had been eating a packed snack) but while a mother is consoling her hurt toddler is definitely not the time. I know this feedback probably won't change anything but I had to at least give it as this negative experience has stuck with me for the day. Edit after the response from the owner: the cafe was not busy - there were many empty tables, there wasn't anyone behind me in line - the child had not dropped a toy, he had smacked his head on the table. This almost further proves my point that there can be different perspectives (your staff member obviously did not even notice or hear the toddler hit his head) and its best to show some compassion rather than just yell at another human being. I am willing to bet that this pregnant mom was so tired that she didn't even notice the sign posted about no outside food. It would have been just as easy for your staff member to finish taking my order and then go over and talk respectfully to the mother.
