Sunridge Mazda is the destination to get a Mazda in Calgary. Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure. Their selection of vehicles are great and they are very laid back. I really wanted to write this review to show how much it means to me and my daughter to have such wonderful people looking after her. I wanted to give a huge kudos to this dealership and the entire team. Tara Hebert and team were amazing to deal with, From my first call in, I think her name was Cassy.? She was extremely happy and helpful. Tara was outstanding to deal with & took great care of my daughter which I had to put all of my trust in this dealership to do! They didn’t disappoint whatsoever. Not often do I rate someone 5 stars when I have never met them or stepped inside the business! I live in Ontario. I contacted Craig in the service department to do a pre-purchase inspection of a car I was considering buying from an individual and having it shipped to Ontario. These guys were awesome. Craig went out of his way to video and photograph the car and called me several times to review the inspection. In the end they gave the car a green light (needs some tires and brakes) and I bought it. Rena called for my contact information and was very pleasant and engaging. She looked after all of the paperwork in a prompt and efficient manner. In the end it was a very positive experience with these very professional staff members. If I lived in Alberta I would certainly be taking my business to them.

I had an excellent experience purchasing my Mazda 3 (Magda) from Sunridge Mazda. I don't particularly love shopping for new cars because I feel like I am being pushed to purchase something I don't want. However, I was met with complete transparency from Mike and Sonny. Mike was incredibly patient with me by politely answering my endless questions. He helped meet my expectations and standards. When I sat down with Sonny to finalize the deal, it was evident that he is a well versed professional with a lot of experience in the car industry. He made the process of transferring my previous car loan over effortless, and gave me a better deal than expected.The entire process was fast and efficient. Overall, I was very impressed with Sonny's competence and the rest of the staff for that matter. I am obsessed with my car! Thank you.

I recently bought a vehicle from Sunridge Mazda and I had a really positive experience. I went to several other dealerships throughout the city and by far I had the best service here. Jamaal in sales was friendly and easy to talk to. At first I wasn't sure what vehicle I was looking for but Jamaal made it easy to compare the options both for the vehicle and for financing. He was very helpful in finding me a deal that met my needs and budget. The discussion was straightforward and transparent. There were no hidden fees or gimmicks that came up at the end with other dealerships. I also dealt with Arthur and Mark in the finance department and they were great to work with. Both were very knowledgable and willing to answer all questions that I had. They made the process so simple. I was impressed with the communication from initial discussion through to delivery of the vehicle. Every staff member I dealt with at Sunridge Mazda provided excellent service and I would definitely recommend this dealership. I am so happy with the vehicle I purchased :)
