I purchased 3 32' ladders here and soon realized they weren't Sturdy ladders at all. They were Louisville ladders with Sturdy stickers placed over the logo. Makes me wonder why I bothered going to Sturdy at all. Also, these ladders have cheap plastic rung locks which I expect will break in the cold of next winter and have to be replaced.

I needed a ladder for a project I was working on. Mike, the manager, took the time to understand my needs, and was able to suggest the right size of ladder I needed to complete the job.
