Great place for anyone; from small kids to adults. Very positive and friendly atmosphere, while teaching respect and discipline. I see my daughter and myself progressing in knoweledge and ability and growing every time we go to the class. I like the way instructors are prepared and teach. Would recommend to anyone who wants to study martial arts.

The instructor for SGMA is great! He takes the time to explain the motions and interests behind Taekwondo. He's open and even encourages you to ask questions whenever they arise. He's happy to help wherever you feel like your motions feel awkward (you're probably doing something weird). Great place to learn and practice whether you're a beginner or a seasoned martial artist.

My boys started taking martial arts at this school when they were 4 & 5 years old. The program teaches discipline, provides fitness, and forms friendships and skills that will last a lifetime. Now my kids take advantage of the excellent after school program which conveniently picks them up from their school, allows them to continue progressing with their belt training as they learn math, fun fitness, and maintain social interaction with friends and the great instructors who support them. It is amazing how my child Logan has improved with his math skills this year alone! SGMA is a great place to develop much needed life skills!
