I recently completed the Social Media Marketing certificate and am working on a few new courses for my business. As an entrepreneur, I wear many hats. I never considered myself technically savvy and therefore always outsourced my marketing. I have really enjoyed the courses I have been taking and have been implementing into by business. Loved my experience with social school. I registered for 2 out of the 4 days of the Calgary 2019 conference and was blown away by the valuable info I walked away with. From those 2 days alone I got enough information to revamp my two companies' marketing strategies and had enough tool-knowledge and confidence to do it right out the door. I enrolled in the 5 week Social Media Marketing course and they completely changed the way I look at our social media marketing - in the best way! It was more than just social media. It was a crash course in branding, marketing, graphic design and photography and how to apply these fundamentals to social media. I took the Google Ads course with Dan last month in December. It explained everything enough so I could be comfortable going in and setting up new campaigns. I've since set up 3 campaigns. This third campaign is doing fantastic for us! I've been able to generate leads for under 5 per lead. Darren, the founder of the company, complimented me on the good job because it's a far better cost per lead than the agencies we've hired in the past have been able to deliver.
