Fantastic customer service. I bought a jet online direct from the Hot Tub company, when received it was for the wrong year. I contacted SML they told me they had the jets I needed in stock for my tub. I took them the wrong ones and asked if they would give a credit for them. They ended up just trading the ones I needed for the wrong ones I got. Great customer service and very friendly and helpful. They have won my business in the future.

We went in to buy a dart board for our kids at Christmas and were totally blown away with the amount of cool merchandise that SML had to offer. We are just in the process of planning our basement development and will be going back to SML for the awesome games they have along with a new hot tub! Great staff and incredible product knowledge!
