Five stars to this store!! Their customer service is fantastic, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am new to skiing and gladly I found this store to get my gear. Highly recommended if you are looking for honest suggestions on gear options!! Prices are actually quite comparable to the large retail stores!! plus you are supporting a local business!

Rob helped me know where to take repairs on my snowboard coat. He also called around to help me find some pants last minute. I like that this is a family business as well. Great product and customer service.

Recently phoned ahead to ask about getting a boot fitting done, they told me to come in. I immediately went in, and was greeted in the front with a smile. But that is where the “service” stopped. Upon taking a seat on the bench the Tech measured my feet and literally went immediately to the back to grab boots. He seriously didn’t even ask me a single question about what kind of skier I was, what I was looking for - no discussion whatsoever. I had wanted to try some Atomic’s I knew they carried, he brought 1 pair of Solomon’s (not even the flex I’d require, but he wouldn’t know that?!) that weren’t comfortable. When I asked about the Atomic’s he mentioned that’s what he’d recommend if they had my size. And then said they looked like they had them in my size at the other locations. But that I should call ahead before driving there..... no offer to even call for me? Needless to say I went elsewhere and dropped 700 on new boots where I spent over an hour getting fitted and discussing what I was after. I hope this was a one off, but they definitely weren’t getting my business on this purchase. I also have a young son, whom I’ll be equipping for years to come - for now I’ll be sticking with the shop who provided far superior service and really took the time to ask the questions to ensure the right boots were on my feet!

This shop pleasantly surprised me. I am usually a Source Snowboards kind of guy but decided to try here as I couldn't find the board I was looking for anywhere else (Jones 162W). They were able to bring it in for me from another location and have it to me within a few days and the board RIPS. I dealt with Chris who was nothing but helpful and knowledgeable. When I inquired about new bindings he lead me in the right direction and provided helpful information, however the real kicker was he didn't push me to buy and in fact assured me my current bindings would suffice in the meantime while I saved for a premium binding. Fast forward a few riding days and I manage to cause some edge damage to my board, still not fully sure how, but regardless I took it to Chris to have it repaired. The board honestly looks good as new and he had me back on the hill by the next weekend. All for an extremely beyond reasonable price (Chris you know what I mean if you're reading this). I have definitely been converted to a Ski Cellar Snowboards customer.
