I'm genuinely impressed by this dealership. I recently purchased a new 2022 MDX. The experience buying this vehicle was actually very pleasant and Mike Chow has been wonderful to deal with. No sleazy sales tactics here to pressure us to buy the vehicle, but genuine interest in our needs and good advices. We are very happy with the experience and the vehicle is fantastic. A day after taking possession of the vehicle, a rock hit our windshield and made a small crack. I reached out to the dealership and they offered to fix it for free. Such a great service I had never received before. Thank you!

I bought a car from here. I told them i felt something on the transmission of the car and the Shop Foreman test drove it and said it was perfect. No issues. I told them i still felt something on it. They said the shop foreman knows what hes doing and hes an expert. A couple of months later, Transmission is gone and left wife on side of road. Dont buy from here. They lie a lot.
I could not recommend Silverhill Acura more. I have always had great experiences with them. They are extremely friendly, and helpful and they will do everything they can to make your experience great. My Acura is getting old and I have never had a single problem with it and I absolutely love it. If it was not for the car being great, I would honestly still buy another Acura for my next car just because of how great their service is. My latest experience dealing with Acura was great and a special shout out to Brain Talbot for being over the top helpful with everything!
This was my first visit to Silverhill Acura and I could not be more impressed. I dealt with Brian Talbot and he is amazing. Very kind, helpful and took time to explain everything to me. He is truly an asset to the Silverhill crew. I also got a lovely loaner vehicle. Thanks for everything Acura!
Bought a used RDX from them. A used car salesman is a used car salesman. no different here. They promise things and don't deliver. Don't think this place is anything special, it's like any other dealership - dishonest and out to get your money. Also, there were some real incompetent people there - they guy who used touch up-paint for chips ACTUALLY USED THE WRONG COLOR among other stupid things! Left me feeling they're dishonest and incompetent.
Amazing service!! I heard a weird noise coming from the drivers side, they picked up my vehicle, fixed the problem, and returned it promptly. Communication and safety were perfect :)
Last week, I submitted a request to get the best price on a 2021/2022 Acura MDX. My husband, myself and my family had narrowed it down to the Acura because that is what I wanted. I sent this request to various dealerships and my time and family time did not permit going to each location nor did we want to take the risk with COVID and close physical distance. I received professional responses and prices from 3 Acura dealerships out of the 5 I chose. I give Silverhill a 3 star because they were kind enough to send an email back apologizing for the delay in their response. I have heard positive things about this dealership and perhaps in the future, I will come back and try the process in our next family purchase. Solveig.
Great service, aside not having a shuttle service due to COVID. Other dealership have been using Uber to help their clients. Wish they would have a similar service.
