I long to go back to this store and shop more. They have beautiful flowers for indoor and outdoor, lovely flower pots and petals. Staff are welcome and the atmosphere is so angelic. I have referred a lot of friends here just because they saw my flower vase. Are you looking for decor service experts, want to decorate by yourself and get some lovely flowers for your home, this is the best place to shop. You won’t regret it.

Great store, didn't realize how much of a demand for this kind of business there was .. Sadly though (through word of mouth) my review is based solely on their discrimination of tattoos and piercings on employees. Didn't realize there were companies still so utterly against it.
Silk Plant Warehouse put together some planters with holiday elements and delivered to us at Cascade Shops in Banff. We love them!!! The service was great, the planters look fantastic and we'll definitely be recommending to others. Thanks Val for all of your help!
This a great store. Excellent selection of product, but I was even more wowed by the service! Friendly, expert, helpful. They wrapped my two 6' fig trees in plastic so I could transport them in my truck bed lying down, they got me some cardboard to "pad" the truck bed floor, and got me a cardboard box to stabilize two smaller potted plants. (I had a 2 1/2 hour drive home...) Above and beyond! Thank you!

Absolutely top notch experience all around. Best customer service I've experienced in a long time!! Natalie was an absolute delight to deal with and I'm so grateful for her help and advice! (Never overbearing, "salesman forceful" or trying to get the most out of it) And what a BEAUTIFUL store! Great look and very clean. Highly recommend!
You will be amazed at the types of plants you can buy. They even have some that feel like real flowers.
Bought wedding bouquet plants on March 17th, confirmed before purchasing that we could return within 14 days as their policy states. In 7 days we called and they confirmed we could still return the flowers once covid was over, 1 month later they told us to sell them on Kijiji bc they thought they couldn’t refund us for a longer time, 1 month after that they opened back up, went in to return the flowers and they very rudely scoffed at us that they wouldn’t do refunds during covid, another month goes by so we follow up and they say they are not doing refunds at all anymore (going back on their word) bc OH&S shut returns down which is not the customers problem... the flowers sat enclosed before covid began and after much grief and our last attempt I had asked for a phone call and the manager sends me a TEXT explaining they will allow it just this “once.” I respect companies trying to manage their covid restrictions but there is no excuse for poor customer service when, especially in our situation, we had nothing to do with their policy changing. As professionals in the wedding industry, we will be steering people away from this store.
