Just had a pair of Allen Edmonds resoled there. Easily they are 500 shoes MSRP. He actually tried to down sell me on just shoe savers which would have gotten me through the year, but since these are favorites of mine I wanted it done right with no cost spared. They came back flawless. You can trust these guys with your high end recraftable shoes.
Friendly and experienced staff. They give you clear pricing before take any orders. The price is very reasonable. I got my shoes the next day and very happy with the result. Had my Dr. Martins for more than 5 years, and the heels were severely worn. Picked them up today and they haven’t looked this good for a long time.Great location and opens till 9 on weekdays is always a plus.
I had two pairs of my Christian Louboutins protected with rubber soles and they did a fantastic job. One was patent leather and the other was the sunset glitter, both very easy to scratch, and both pairs were returned to me unscathed. Highly recommended.
The owner and the employee need to learn some manners and could use a few pointers at what customer service is all about. I bought a product that turned out to be defective straight out the box. When I returned it I was greeted with unnecessary attitude and dirty looks as if I was the one who was selling defective products not them. They exchanged the item however I will not be going back nor should anyone else who expects ANY type of customer service.
Took in a pair of new smooth leather boots to get soled for extra grip, they were ready by the next day. The boots were soled well and not a single scratch on the smooth leather. Very impressed and will be getting my other shoes done here in the future!
The whole mall could be demolished but these guys will still be there nonchalantly working away like nothing happened. The whole mall has literally changed face countless times, stores have all come and gone with the changing of the times over the last 20 years- but these guys are still here and so are the boots they have resoled for me over the last 10 years. I'm so thankful they are still around, too- cobblers are a lost art in this day and age and Shoemasters does great work. Always reasonable prices and quick turn around. Don't forget they have nice leather belts for sale as well.
