Worst experience of my life, this company is a complete joke. I’m shipping a Jeep Wrangler through them and this is the most un professional business I have ever Dealt with. They picked up my Jeep and told me it would be at the drop off location in 4 business days, after waiting and not receiving the vehicle I proceeded to contact them with no response for many days after. I reached out to them finally receiving an answer they responded with it will be here at the end of the following week. After waiting again for the vehicle to arrive it didn’t, and I tried to contact them once again this time they promised it would be here that Sunday, on Sunday I drove to the drop off location about 60km from my house and what a surprise no Jeep to be found. After that I reached out to them again and this time with serious intention by threatening them with calling the police because I have not received any paperwork or a response of when this Jeep will arrive. This caught there attention quickly and they called me right away sent over the paperwork and said it will be here in two days. Let’s see if they stick to there word. Doubt it. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR SHIPPING NEEDS!!!!!!!!!!

THIEVES. Stole our family van, held it for ransom. Needed the RCMP and city police to get it recovered. Steal my ride (aka shipmyridez) is the worst. Also note that a company they work with called Bilberry is not a registered company, but will take and keep your money acting as a broker.
DO NOT EVER USE SHIP MY RIDE. I've had a terrible experience with this company. Our car was damaged moving from BC to SK and we put in a claim one month ago. Nancy was the boss of the claims department and I was told to wait 1 or 2 days and she will contact me regarding the claim. She never answered my call for almost a month and wouldn't call me back when she said she would call me back every time I tried messaging her. After calling her today about the damage, she said she couldn't cover it because apparently there was already a damage on our car before. That made 0 sense because it was perfectly fine before shipping it to SK. 1. The damage coming from Shipmyride wasn't covered even though it was their fault. 2. They never answer calls or emails. It's ridiculously hard to get in touch with them. From my personal experience, I suggest everyone here not to use Shipmyride in the future. The service was absolutely TERRIBLE.
After a very bad experience, I will not recommend this company for anyone looking for sincere shippers. Most of the bad reviews here about them not picking up calls, communicating or professional is actually correct in my own experience. This company was supposed to transport my car from Saskatoon to Calgary and did not do it. This was after they had received all the paperwork from me. After getting to Saskatoon they decided they will not pick up the car and failed to let me know. This ended up costing me more than I had anticipated. For over one week, I kept calling the fellow I was speaking with (called Manny). This fellow refused to pick my call or respond to my text messages. I then called him from another international phone number, that was when he picked up and told me he decided not to pick up my car. I was surprised and asked him why didn’t he just tell me on time so I can arrange another company for pick up. He did not respond. Personally not going to use this company again and wouldn’t recommend anyone to use them.
