I have been to this place 2-3 times with my daughter. The girls that work here are very rude and snobby. None of them greet us or offer any assistance as they assume we are not buying anything. You have to look like a supermodel to give you any service. Manager Sam is extremely rude and not willing to help. Not going here again. As an alternative Shoppers Beauty Boutique offers many of the same products and their customer service and loyalty program is much better.

First time at this location yesterday. Took my 65yo mother in for foundation that won't irritate her extremely sensitive skin. We were looking for IT cosmetics specifically off a recommendation from a makeup artist I trust. Shareena helped us & by far she gets the 5 star rating on this review! She was incredible & helpful. She treated my mom with humour, class, & grace. My mom went through an ugly divorce & waits a little makeover. Shareena was so helpful & uplifting! I thought she deserved a shout out!

The sales team went above and beyond to help me. I thought a sale had already started when it hadn't yet, and they let me purchase it and told me I could come back and they would refund the difference. Such polite people and understanding. The manager was a bit hard to talk to but I think that was due to the music playing and the current face mask scenario. They even gave me a lot of free samples without me having to request them.

I love Sephora. This store is so nice and I always find one of the best makeup accessories here. Really good store inside southe centre mall.

The person working there tonight (unfortunately I can't recall her name even though when she said it, it was unique and beautiful) was a total wizard at skin matching with the correct undertones and everything.. My friend and I both went to the Fenty section and were at a loss with so many undertones to choose from and no way to swatch (Covid 19 Protocols). The lovely green-haired sales associate walked up and I instantly knew she was a talented makeup artist because her eye makeup was amazing, it looked like an incredible orange and red sunset. She instantly looked us over and helped us pick our exact right shades (but swatched on a social-distance friendly clear plastic card infront of a mirror so we could make sure). After each buying a bottle of Fenty foundation we both got home and swatched and the colors are perfect! This person was a total talent at her job and deserves some sort of recognition. She was also super nice to me when she had to remind me not to touch any testers. She really made us feel welcome and like we were in good hands!

Horrible staff! The only good thing about it is the cashier, she is a lovely girl. But the other ones are very discriminatory. I remember i took a tester just to see it and one of them yell at me and told me not to touch anything and I said ok. Then she was litetaly running, following me around the store, she made me feel very unconfortable and I wasn't even touching anything.

Good selection of brands and a midsized clean store. They change the brand placement far too often for my liking, which wouldn't be an issue if I could be told where the section has moved...but I never get help or spoken to by anyone other than the cashier (and very occasionally the greeter, though it's never been a positive interaction). The floor workers actively avoid me, or follow me around from afar, but scatter if you try and ask them for help with anything. Sephora doesn't want customers opening the bottom stock drawers, but unfortunately you HAVE to do so if you want to buy literally cause the shelves are never replenished. Just order online, it's easier, though shipping takes longer, it's worth it just to avoid the staff.

Way over price you can't really look around until you are ask by sales girl who followed you around the store. I hate being ask every 5 min are you looking for something.
