Great experience from start to finish. Josie was very informative and helpful. We got a great deal for the length of time that we needed the unit. The building and storage units are clean and easy to access. The loading ramp and use of trolleys was an added bonus, as well as use of the moving van. I highly recommend Sentinel for all your storage needs.

Flo and Josie are super helpful throughout. The facility is clean and well-equipped with dollies and 2 pallet jacks. Have spare pallets to take and return. The indoor loading bay and scissor lift make loading and unloading easily and comfortably regardless of weather conditions.
The customer service is amazing. Friendly and efficient. I rented a unit to transition my elderly father between his assisted living home and long term care. Needless to say, a very stressful time. The ladies with whom I dealt were understanding and very helpful. It turned out that the months it was supposed to take to transition turned out to be a couple of days! Of course I’d paid for the 3 months, but Flo was very understanding and involved her regional manager to see what could be done to cancel the empty rental space. The location itself is very clean and well run. A really great experience for me. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Awesome place. Very convenient for moving stuff! Very safe for storing too! Stored my stuff for a year! My only con is that just looking at my receipts from the storage company I noticed it went up from 177.45 to 203.70 the last 4 months! Costumer service told me that I should have got an email telling me they were increasing my rent which apparently they can do anytime. I have gone through my email and never got anything giving me notice before September 2020 before it was increased. My debit account has a 200 limit on it for withdraw and so the payment failed and then they charged me a late fee that I had to pay. Had I known I would have switched it to my visa. I never had a late payment before that! Would definitely say they could improve communication. Otherwise a great place, just watch out for when rent prices increase :)
We wanted to store some furniture while moving to a new location and found Josie’s advice and help to be immensely comforting. She is proactive and always willing to help!
