Front Desk Staff was very helpful. I was mislead about what the facilities provided, by the head office when I decided on location and storage size. Very disappointing. The front desk staff at the location were helpful and apologetic about the wrong information provided. But were pleasant and informative.

The staff was forthcoming about billing. No surprises. Very transparent. Friendly and caring. I loved how easy and available the storage was. I felt safe there when dropping or picking things up. It was very clean. It was a great price and seamless set up. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I appreciated the kind customer service which is hard to come by these days! Thank you. Alison

My son was in a predicament and needed a storage unit immediately and they helped us the same day we called and gave us a great rate! Everyone we dealt with at Sentinel Bowness were pleasant and made the process easy. Would definitely use them again!
