I had Lukas and Chris install my cameras and alarm system. 2 days later I had someone steal my fuel from my truck. The footage we got was so clear and helpful, the police officers commented on how clear it was more than once. They're great guys to work with and the customer service they adhere to is second to none. Would recommend SVSi to anyone who wants peace of mind.

SVSI installed an alarm system and outdoor security cameras in our home. The team was very professional and detailed. The installation was clean and efficient. They took the time to teach us all the features and how to use everything. The positions of the cameras provide excellent viewing of the outside our of home and area. The alarm system is very advanced and integrated. Through the alarm system we are able to control the alarm and a variety of light switches from our phones and we able to monitor the cameras from our mobile devices. We are extremely happy with the service and SVSI has always be able to help us should we have any questions. Their service is hands down the best we have ever experienced and we are very glad we chose SVSI for our security needs. Would highly recommend SVSI to anyone.
Professional, knowledgeable and Top Notch Service! After my neighbor's home, and my son's car, were broken into within the same week, I decided it was time to get an alarm and camera surveillance system installed. Not knowing much about these systems, I searched Google and decided to check out \Secure Video Surveillance Inc. (SVSi)\. They have a 5 star rating for good reason. The quality of the equipment they sell is far better than anything you can purchase on your own from any of the big box stores. The installation of the cameras and placement of the alarm sensors was done based on Chris and Loukas' expert experience in the security industry. Set-up of my account with the alarm monitoring company, paperwork required by the Calgary Police Service, and educating us on how to use the technology was all provided, along with great service after the installation as well. Started with 3 outdoor cameras for our business, they were so great we replaced the outdated indoor cameras. Easy to operate and excellent quality. Service was great too, coming out to Canmore for installation.
Fantastic Service and equipment !! From repairing our existing system to installing a whole new system at our other location, it has been smooth and seamless all the way.
