We were in a contract with this company as they began their service in BC, Sept 2018. Sounded great but we were hesitant as they were new to the area. Over the course of many conversations, emails and phone calls - approx 1month of time, we finally agreed. However, our RV had not been in use for a few months and it became imperative to them that they have access in Whistler to the unit within a couple of days. So begins the saga. The truck that was “hired” to take our unit to Whistler was one built to haul cars off the road. Our RV is 42’ 5th Wheel and needs the proper hitch and electrical hook up. Second truck arrives - same deal. Now it is 6 hours later. We were to have the unit on the road by noon. 8:30pm Finally a large enough (too big) truck shows up. After much farting around, they finally got on the road to whistler only to realize that they didn't have the keys! Fast forward a week when we’re expecting payment for 2 nights stay - nope. Lots of problems, according to them, there was a smell. Then there was a hole somewhere. Then and then and then. And the storage, and the campground, and the truck and on and on. Ended up in a storage facility in Pemberton for the winter. We were never given the name of the facility by the company, had to get it from the repair guy. To end the story - don’t list with them, don’t work for them - as they’re very slow to pay the people they’ve contracted to and have a thousand excuses to go along with it. And everyone we were in contact with no longer works for the company. Hmmm wonder why.
