Racquet Network is a family-owned business that has been serving Calgary racquet sports players since 2004. We started as a online business operating from our home. In 2012, we opened our first retail store in Oakridge. Six years later, we closed the Oakridge store and opened a brand new 2000 sq ft store in the southwest Calgary community of Woodbine. While we are known as the best place in Alberta for court shoes and custom racquet stringing, we offer a full range of products and services for badminton, tennis, pickleball, squash, racquetball, table tennis and other racquet sports. Since moving to Woodbine in 2018. we have also expanded into road running. Our core brands include Yonex, Wilson, Babolat, Victor, Asics, Mizuno, Prince, Tecnifibre, Pro Kennex, Dunlop, Fila and many others.

Just be aware that the return policy is extremely restrictive and not what you’d expect. Make sure you understand it and don’t learn the hard way like I did. I see the merchant has responded to my review so let me set the record straight. 1. I never claimed the return policy is a secret I am just advising potential clients to be aware of what it is. I happen to think it is overly restrictive but that's my opinion obviously. I'll give the store credit for shipping fast and free but the return policy is far below average. 2. I actually offered to pay the return shipping costs myself if you read my note. Its a shame that you would lie about your customers.

Awesome Badminton Shop and Excellent Prices. Brent was very helpful and informative when I walked into the store. I was greeted right away and was asked what I was looking for. My daughter is 4 years old and wanted to play badminton. He picked this racquet out for me as I was thinking of another model but it would be to long for her he informed me. Also got me the slow shuttles that will make it easier for her to hit. Im quite pleased to have a store like this in the city. I would be back a gain in the future. Thanks for your help Brent!!

It is ridiculous that this store does not answer their phone, especially now during the pandemic. I don’t want to come all the way to the store just to see if they have a certain racket. It would be nice to support local businesses but this is just too inconvenient.

Coach Brent provided excellent service in helping me find a pair of tennis shoes that fit. I have unusual and very wide feet and also wear orthotics. Brent was very knowledgeable and very patient and finally found a pair that fit perfectly.
